Email Creation Cases

In this article, we'll list all the email creation cases for the team to know each and every detail about the subject. Let's start.

Paid Emails:

1- Internal domain - Internal Zoho Mail:

This is the simplest case. We have the control over the domain, we'll just create an organization in Zoho and follow the steps there to get the emails working.

2- External domain - Internal Zoho Mail:

      - Get the domain provider Logins Or the tool that the customer managing the DNS records from.
      - Create Zoho organization and follow the steps there to get the emails working.

3- Internal domain - External Mail:

      - We'll help the customer to add the MX, SPF and DKIM Records to get the emails working.

4- External domain - External Mail:

      - He has to contact the email provider support to help him on setup the emails. We have nothing to do with it. Say it nicely :)

Free Zoho Emails To Be Upgraded:

Zoho provides a Free plan that includes 5 professional emails. The disadvantage of the Free Plan is that the emails can be used only with Zoho Apps and cannot be activated on Outlook or any other email app Cause there is no access to the IMAP and POP.

- If the customer has already Zoho Free Emails:

Will map this organization to Wuilt Zoho Account first. (The steps will be listed at the end of the article)

      - In case of adding extra emails than the 5 Free emails:

            - We need to upgrade the 5 existing emails first to be able to add the extra ones.

 - In case of upgrading less than 5 Free emails:

            - We'll upgrade all the emails exist in the organization. For example, we can not upgrade only 1 of 3 emails existing in the organization, we've to     upgrade all the emails inside this organization.
