Integration Basic Overview:
- When a user signups to Wuilt, a contact is created in HubSpot with the signup date, User ID and other user information (Life-Cycle Stage is Signup).
- Created contacts gets assigned to sales team by Round Robin through the integration.
- When the user creates a resource (website or store), a deal is created with the resource ID ( Life-Cycle Stage changes to User).
- The deal is created is the pipeline Accounts Created, if the contact's country is one of (Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq), Contact from other countries, Deals will be created in Not-Calling Countries pipeline.
- All customer’s main events are trackable from the CRM (Resource Created, Subscription Created, Page Added, Product Added, etc).
- CRM & Back-Office are also integrated, and CRM deals displayed on the Back-Office.
