- Annual subscriptions that include Domain Name are eligible for a refund within the first 5 days from the payment date, 3$ domain deletion + (5%) of the total paid amount will be deducted. (if the domain name is NOT claimed, the 3$ will NOT be deducted).
- Annual subscriptions that include Domain Name are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days from the Payment date, 20$ domain + (5%) of the total paid amount will be deducted. (if the domain name is NOT claimed, the 20$ will NOT be deducted).
- Annual subscriptions that doesn't include Domain Name are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days from the Payment date, (5%) of the total paid amount will be deducted.
- Domain Name subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 5 days from the Payment date, 3$ will be deducted.
- All customers are eligible to downgrade their subscriptions within the 15 days from the Payment date, a partial refund will be initiated, and the downgrade will take effect immediately.
